At only 23 years of age, jazz pianist and composer Amanda Tosoff is already emerging as one of Vancouver’s most compelling young jazz artists. She is a recent graduate of the Capilano College jazz studies program. Amanda has performed with jazz luminaries such as Seamus Blake, Regina Carter, Ed Thigpen, Jane Bunnett, and Nneena Freelon. Amanda has received many awards including the Fraser MacPherson Excellence in Jazz Award and others from Capilano College, the Vancouver Women’s Musical Society and the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
