Myc Sharratt's latest album “Six Feet Above” is a collection of songs drawn from a live performance in Myc’s hometown of Nanaimo and songs from studio sessions with 2010 Juno nominated gold record producer Ryan Stewart (Carly Rae Jepsen, Andrew Allen). The live songs feature a solid 8 piece band and an acoustic performance with two acoustic guitars and a violin. Two songs from the album have already received airplay from radio stations around BC including a Sounds of Summer finalist nod from The Shore 104.3 Vancouver for the song “Powerlines”. In 2007 Sharratt drew 5 Vancouver Island Music Award nominations for his sophomore album "Blueprint" including a win for best male vocalist.
