It was a great show guys! It always sucks when things don't go off like planned, but the show pulled through.
It was my third time seeing The Banned that week, and they were great. Mark's screeching is just the icing on the cake of solid tunes. Their new drummer is really good to.
AWT pulled it off like the seasoned vets that they are. What can I say about them that you all don't already know?
Wednesday Night Heroes blew me away yet again! That guy is one of the most animated singers this side of Eric from the New Bomb Turks. Jumping and crawling all over the place like a maniac. The turnout could have been a little stronger, but it was far from an empty hall.

On a sidenote: All the pics I took have those creepy "orb" things floating around that they say are in ghost pics. Is the Big Fernwood haunted by the ghosts of punks from days gone by? - Tue, 26 Aug 2003 12:28am

Disappointing that Virus and Blind Society couldn't make it but Wednesday Night Heroes are more than enough to make a great show. Graeme is an excellent frontman and they are all fabulous entertainers. A.W.T. were great as usual and I was pleasantly surprised by the Banned. I took some pictures at the show, mostly of WN Heroes. Should have them developed maybe in a couple of weeks and I'll try to find a scanner and a place to put them up online. - Tue, 26 Aug 2003 2:59pm

Actually I could beleive that spirit thing. I have seen many strange and unexplainable occurances at Big Fernwood over the years (and I'm not just talking junkies).

Rumour has it that FCC resides over an ancient burial ground, and was a former medical waste dump (circa 1900). Glad to hear the show was a success and no-one succumbed to the will-o-wisps. - Fri, 29 Aug 2003 3:58pm
