| Lurker User Info... | We looked into getting this show in Nanaimo... aside from the fact that a decent venue wasn't available for the next night, the Alley Dukes and Farrell Bros. guarantee was pretty substantial. I'm guessing this is why the show is $12 adv. and $14 at the door. I definitely don't think this is unreasonable, as it will be one of the best shows of the summer to come to Victoria. - Tue, 25 Jul 2006 4:27pm | ||

Hank Engle & His Island Devils opened the show with a solid set of covers and originals, Swithblade Valentines played one of the best sets I've seen them deliver, Farrell Bros. were simply amazing (Gordie Farrell is the best rockabilly bassist I've ever seen) and the Alley Dukes rounded out the evening and did not disappoint!
