| _Griphin_ User Info... | Did ANYONE go to this? Actually the crowd could of been a bit bigger, but not a big deal. FINALLY I got a chance to see Death Sentence live, and the band did not disappoint. BTW: I love that flag that was hanging up, talk about old school. So lets see. Circle the Wagons took the stage first around 10:30 pm. I don't know if it was me, but I found the band to be really hard to get into. I started really getting into these guys around the 3rd to last song. Also, I found that standing in front of the stage really was hard to hear the band, the best spot was center of the stage. Perhaps it was just me. Then AWT took the stage, same problem, the band sounded better when you were in front center. Also, the vocals were hard to hear, perhaps the soundguy could of cranked the vocal mic up (and perhaps toned down on the drum mics?!?). The the mighty DEATH SENTENCE took the stage, and other then the band leaving the stage halfway thru the set (to return 5 minutes later without lead singer, who came back after one song was finished), they rocked! Glad they finally showed up!!! In any case, this gig rocked, and I like what Lucky did to the bar, it looks a lot better now. All in all, I give this gig a thumbs up!!! | jay brown User Info... | actually the song he left for he didnt sing in anyways, if you listen to the album doug sang that song. I thought Circle the wagons, were amazing, by far the best band on the bill. I thought we played one of the better shows we have in a long time, maybe cause I wasnt drunk. I did hear complaints about the sound, but really if the sound sucks dont just stand there, go tell the sound man it's his job to fix it after all. Death sentence were good, they usually are though... the crowd.... not so good. but there were five other shows happening in town and motley Crue in van, so ya cant expect that much, too bad though. - Sun, 31 Jul 2005 12:46am | ||
| Cheeky User Info... | Who wouldn't pass up a chance to see Motley Crue with their midgets in S&M outfits and naked girls pretending to eat each other out?
