| SickFuk User Info... | Wow... what a fucking blast Unfortunately Emotional Distress had to cancell cuz their van broke down and died somewhere around Kelowna... But shit happens I guess Fifty Starts Anger were pretty damned cool... I'm not too much for the punk style, but these guys put on a wicked show... and they're playing Vic tonight at the Garry Oak room... but then there's part 1 or the story of breakage... halfway through thier set, one of their guitar straps ended up breaking on them... As for the S.I.C.K. motherfuckers... This was the last show Brain is playing with us... and I think we gave him a good sendoff... We had a wicked response from the crowd... and we've got part 2 of the story of breakage, as Brain broke a string halfway through our set... so we ended up doing a 4 piece version of Bloodline as a cover up hehe Splatter were fucking awesome as always... they've always kicked ass in my view.... can't wait to do another show with those guys.... but they had the 3rd and final story of breakage... as Martin actually broke a bass string halfway through their set... at least everyone broke something But all in all, I had an awesome time... can't wait to come back over there and kick some more asses... As I said before... the mainland will never be the same... the S.I.C.K. infection has begun... and it's gonna fester in the minds of the Vancouver freaks... don't say I didn't warn ya... oh and BTW: I'm not little Jesse... he's little Flee Thanx again for letting us come kick yer asses 'ere - Sat, 30 Jul 2005 7:11pm | ||

None disappointed.. missed the first band unfortunately but heard good things all round........ and will have to face the true wrath and fury of "emotional distress" another time. I've got to remember not to accept rides home, cuz I'm burnt out by then and it always takes forever when its bands or barstaff... that was a pretty late night for me. I was spent early on though, maybe cuz of the heat.. maybe cuz of the ton o' shows and work and househunting going on.. maybe cuz I was met by Brian outside before I even entered the room, and you know what thats like.. like fighting off some kind of hopped up a.d.d. kid!
