Talk about a perfect lineup. I'd heard that the Worst live up to it, but nope, they were pretty decent, a couple of severe fuckups - they don't bluff very well, but I'd see them again. They blow away a LOT of punk bands I've seen.
The Inebriators had a lot to live up to (for me) after their last Cobalt show. They were really fast, tight, mean, growly, good songs, lyrics. Last night they almost got there again, close enough anyway. And Chris Valago (zimmer's) joined them for a few IMpressive screams, got the crowd hyped. nice to see the Pic with a few bodies getting thrown around in front of the stage too. 'bout time, that place has been mild lately.
And The Golers. Nothing need be said, Golers always rock. - Sat, 7 Feb 2004 6:13pm

Yeah, The Golers fucking rule! I got one of there promo cd's a couple years back and thought it was the cats ass. Needless to say, after another 3 years of being together they've gotten alot better. VERY METAL! All of there newer songs kicked huge amounts of ass. - Sun, 8 Feb 2004 12:46am

I have to say that the Golers are definitely one of my fave local acts. They are a little punk and a little metal and have so much energy, and damn, they are tight as hell. Too bad I missed this show. - Sun, 8 Feb 2004 9:23am
