| Cari | Hi there, everyone! I am in the process of moving home to Victoria in the next couple of weeks. I've been out in Toronto for the past number of years and playing the scene out there. I'm a singer, songwriter, rhythm guitarist and I've been involved in helping other indie artists through networking groups and my own label. I was an original member and primary songwriter of AITI MAA, a melodic, folk-ternative band that has had some success in Ontario and toured the East Coast. Now I'm heading back to Victoria and I'd like to hook up with some experienced musicians - any age is fine, and how you look doesn't matter to me. Just people who are open-minded, creative, and willing to work hard - and our chemistry has to be good. Strong and grounded drumming, didge, celtic drum/pipes, strings, wicked guitars, deep-sexy bass, chapman stick, keys, etc. I'm pretty open right now. Let's see what we can create together! I'm looking to go all the way with this. I am open creatively, but I also have a professional work ethic and business acumen. I work with a great producer who has produced a number of name bands and artists and I have a lot of good contacts. I'm interested in doing something a little bit different -- theatrical, beautiful, expressive, organic, folk-pop-rock. Aside from my own project, I'm also willing to help other artists out with background vocals or harmonies. I can do anything from goth, experimental to celtic harmonies to rock, whatever you need.
