| Tom | For busking in downtown victoria, including the causeway, you have to have a buskers license which you get from city hall and costs about 10 bucks. For areas outside of central victoria, you might want that just to be safe, but you don't need it. but, yeah when you get that, and you want to busk, email me and we can hook something up.. - Fri, 14 Feb 2003 12:35am | ||
