| The Boss User Info... |  Candidates MUST: Have a positive mental attitude. Be willing to work in a team environment. Have properly functioning gear. Have transportation and be willing to travel between Victoria and Nanaimo. Be available for 4-6 gigs a month and occasional practices. Be clean and sober. Use of substances during rehearsals or performances is not tolerated. Have extensive performance experience. Have a willingness to contribute to the success of the project as a whole. Vocal abilities ARE welcomed but not required. Genre is Rock. Please contact if you are interested. Audition material, times and locations will be provided individually. You will be required to bring 4-6 tunes prepared to the audition. The Band currently plays regularly between Victoria and Ladysmith.
