But here's the real deal, starting the 15th, you can move in anytime you want and get free rent until the 31st. Right on! The room is big enough for all your gear, has a bright sunny disposition and its very own half bathroom. And get this, for one person, rent is $350, but for two it's $450, that comes to $225 a person! Cheap cheap cheap and so totally worth it.
