| mark User Info... | Still looking for a few more bands/solo artists for Redfern Park, Sept. 13th, but just a note from the person who is hosting it, that bands understand this is a family oriented, "Oak Bay" block party...so heavy bands would not be appropriate for this particular venue. Also, the bands should be able to arrange to bring their own PA and mixer for vocals and keys ONLY. There will not be a full PA system there, nor will it be necessary. We figure it may be best for bands to bring in their own small PA/mixer, so that the other bands can pack up without having to leave their rented/own gear there when they are done performing.
