It's not all about image, nor did she imply that, but obviously they are trying to be successful in a broader sense than the Victoria sloppy-hardcore-punk scene, and as anyone in the music industry can attest to, image is highly important, and not always easy to "train" into a person. Image also has a lot to do with attitude. I totally look for people who dress or carry themselves in a certain way - it is an indication (not the end-all be-all, but a valid indication) of their outlook on life and the things they are into. Some bands / musicians don't give a shite about those sorts of things, and more power to them, but seeing as these guys evidently DO care about image, it's better to be up-front about it, and look for somebody who shares that.
