Incase you dont know why this is bad, simply put it turns into an acid when its digested and offsets your PH in your body. Then the slew of problems comes in. | Sati User Info... | You know what, since I was a kid I was repulsed by aspartame just cuz its a gross sounding chemical name. And probably cuz the first thing I had it in sucked. WHen I saw it, i checked out about a dozen more sites. Have a look around... ANd I will definatly agree about the taste of that shit... it's nasty. AND I always thought it was odd to LIE to your tastebuds. If you you are doing that... there's something else you should be doing about your calorie intake or diet.
