| Laprider User Info... | yep thats what they go for....and yes there is a real one in town. Bought by a school teacher locally in 1961, its a 59, in the flametop book. I believe he told me it cost around $275 at the time, still has the store sticker on the headstock. He knows exactly what it is worth and doesn't care, I'm sure his kids will feel differently! I usually see it once a year or so and have borrowed it for recording. | steve User Info... | My Uncle here in Victoria had a original 59 les paul givin to him for saving this guys life while he was choking at a staff Christmas party a while back.
