It is still fresh in the minds of our compatriots that in 2003, prior to the Anglo-American led invasion and terrorism of Iraq, President Tejan Kabbah acting on the ill-conceived advice of Israel wrote a letter to President George Bush intimating his American counterpart of what he referred to as Muslim business men in the diamond rich Kono district of Sierra Leone are bent on mining activities to finance activities of the Hizbullah group against Israel.
