| _Griphin_ User Info... | Anyone figured out how this band writes? I was trying to figure out songs like NoMeansNo-Some Bodies and Infamous Scientist-Human Liberation (I'd love to see a band do that) and they write in patterns. This seems like an easy way to write stuff cause patterns seem easy to play (I'm just re-strengthening my fingers, and yes, I'm playing with the guitar again). - Thu, 25 May 2006 12:53am | ||

| Jesse The Malcontent User Info... | I think, especially in such instances as 0+1=2 that the vocals dominate the overall structure, and the songs are written around them. I think that is the main 'pattern'. Really, I can't see them writing a song and then writing the lyrics to tailor around it. I think they just have a patented formula that has worked for them for a very long time. Anyway, Nice having a beer with you Phil.
