I have Pinback and Stars on a whole heck of a lot at home.

That would be some indie pop. Also like Ted Leo and I cracked out an older Stellastarr (or however you spell it) disc the other day and it sounds good.

Bought Trick Daddy today because I love the song "Lets Go" which I know some on here will hate b/c he bastardizes "Crazy Train". But me like, and he says the N-word lots, which is so forbidden to a white suburban type such as myslef. - Wed, 2 Feb 2005 3:03pm

I've always been into adam green because he's my hero (along with tom waits and david bowie). But his new album is great. I'm also listening to alot of belle and sebastian and death from above 1979 and arcade fire. and yes john bloc party are very fun. so are Liars...and the original boys. i listen way to many bands i'm sorry. and non are very "underground" either. i'm just a dork. but listen to those bands if you want. - Thu, 3 Feb 2005 1:48am

Arsis: 'A Celebration of Guilt' is a maaaafucking gem.

Pretty technical thrash/death metal, singer sounds like a black metal d00d. Lots of ear candy, uber-catchy riffs a la Death, At the Gates, but with a modern take on things.

Total Radness. - Fri, 4 Feb 2005 12:29pm

"Lots of ear candy"
They only way that would be candy to my ears is if they were bulemic.
Anyways, ummm.. I'm liking the Futureheads a certain amount as well as The New Pornographers and they're not new but they're getting big now, Interpol.
I'm also liking the 2004 Brother Ali "Champion EP" and the new Madvillain album is pretty dope.
The new Game album is fun. - Fri, 4 Feb 2005 7:21pm
