| Anonymous | Dudes. Your gonna get screwed crossing the border. I (the anonymous hook-up emailer who sent you the 40 solid contacts) have been across the border on tour 6 times in the last 2 years and they have once and for all clamped down. So unless you get really lucky, then you should be prepared for disappointment. I can post the memorandum that the border sent out as a 'no more recording letters without 4 references', so unless you have your AF of M membership or planned and called ahead to get a temporary work visa, then, well...just passing along what i know. hopefully i'll be proven wrong. - Sun, 30 Mar 2003 2:41pm | ||

| Anonymous | I will for sure tommorrow morning (when I'm at the office). I wasn't posting the previous to discourage you, just to give you a fair warning. To date (since the "war" began) I have had 3 friends bands (and 1 label-mate) turned away from the border even with their proper papers! And then some mutual acq., like godspeed, and my friends in Broke, got pulled over by state troopers and questioned for 4 hours and 5 hours respectively (as being potential terrorists). anyway, it's crazy all round - i'll email you tommorrow! - Sun, 30 Mar 2003 4:36pm | ||
