| travellin' man | Is is worth the trip for a travelling Canadian band to come to Victoria? Are shows well attended? Or is everyone too cool? - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 11:38am | ||
| Anonymous | What type of music are you? .Most of the replies on this board are negitive and don't represent whats really going on.Whats the name of your band and where are you from - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:29pm | ||
| Anonymous | stay on the fucking other side asshole. we listen to both kinds of music over here. COUNTRY AND WESTERN !!!!!!! - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:30pm | ||

| Anonymous | You see it took 1 minute to get an idiot to post somthing negitive like vultures except, vultures are smarter - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:34pm | ||
| Infomaniac | make sure if you play here its at either Soundgarden or Thursdays.. this way you are downtown at 2 of the more popular band venues. Dont listen to the losers who cut down these bars because they are wrong. Good Luck. - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:37pm | ||
| Anonymous | Those venues are good, as well steamers has always paid the most out of any club in town I've played at.the soundgarden has a great soundman though.Thursdays has always catered to visitors too - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:41pm | ||
| Cornmaster User Info... | I'd have to say it's worth the trip, but are you looking to play an all-ages show? If you are, dont go to Soundgarden or Thursdays, although i dont think thursdays even does all-ages. And yes, dont listen to the morons who post stupid things like that Country/Western one. - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 12:46pm | ||
| SweetGrass | Victoria's a great town to play for. Steamers and Thursdays have pretty good built in crowds regardless of the abuse they take on this board. You could also go up Island and do Nanaimo and Courtney in 3 or 4 days of gigs to help make it more worthwhile. Great knowledgable audiences out here too. - Sun, 23 Mar 2003 3:53pm | ||
