| M*POWER Awards | Call for Submissions, 2nd Annual M*POWER Awards (Vancouver Island Independent Music Awards). Application form & further info at: http://www.mpowerawards.com Deadline: March 1, 2003. Free to Enter. Winners will be determined by Public Vote & Media Jury. Winners will appear on the 2003 "Rocktoria" CD from 100.3 The Q. All facets of the Vancouver Island Music community in one room on one gala evening - May 18 @ Legends in Victoria. Great networking opportunity & an amazing night of entertainment. Performers will be chosen primarily from the pool of nominees (to be announced in April).
