legalize pot or listen to the US?

Helquist Did anyone hear what the US said about pot being legal for small personal stashes up here in BC? Just currious to what others think, I am an American and am so embarrassed with U.S politics. I hope the Canadian and american people will always be friends. I feel like we are the same people under a different government. - Mon, 16 Dec 2002 12:47am
Anonymous We would be nothing without the United States! Our freedom may depend on America. They should keep out of others business. Canada, U.S.A., and Mexico need to unite if world war three starts. We all need each other more now than ever. - Mon, 16 Dec 2002 12:59am

fuck americas government in the ass
ours would be just as bad if we allowed religion to play a role in it. - Mon, 16 Dec 2002 1:34am
Anonymous I don't diss 'em, as a rule, but the war on Iraq seems misplaced. They need to address the well of hatred coming from the core of the muslim world...and as far as legalizing pot, as long as people can still make 'a good living', that might be alright. - Mon, 16 Dec 2002 1:48am

Technically it is legal to carry up to 24 grams of weed on your person in Canada (or at least BC) providing it is not individually pre-packaged for sale. Or at least it was a few years ago when i gave a shit about drugs and booze. I find metal fills the gap nicely, and the fact that I am not phil. - Mon, 16 Dec 2002 3:22am
