The High Dials

The High Dials have been making noise in many guitar pop circles with their great album "See!" -- an original melodic amalgam of early Who and Elvis Costello -- however, their newly recorded album "A New Devotion" (a spring 2003 RQ worldwide release) is a brilliant record of jangle, psychedelia and colorful melody and fantastic song structure which would make the guys in Teardrop Explodes and Echo and The Bunnymen gush with pride; as well as all those "B" bands. Truly amazing stuff -- and the cutting edge of the 21st century.
