Join us for Cabaret 2014: Changing Times - If These Walls Could Talk, a performing and fine arts extravaganza on February 27, 28 and March 1, 2014 at Belmont Secondary School at 3067 Jacklin Road.
Take a stroll down memory lane as more than 200 talented Belmont student actors, dancers and musicians come together to celebrate the high school’s 62-year history. Experience events such as a 1950s Sadie Hawkins dance, a pep rally, and the 10,000 Tonight fundraiser, all from Belmont’s Spotswood Gymnasium which will be transformed into a raised, multi-stage nightclub performance hall.
Cabaret 2014: Changing Times - If These Walls Could Talk performances will take place on Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28 at 7pm, with two shows on Saturday, March 1 at 2pm and 7pm.
Tickets are general admission, $12 for adults and $10 for students and seniors, and are available at Belmont’s front office, weekdays from 8am – 4pm. Tickets can also be purchased at Westside Instaprint located at 2811 Jacklin Road. All proceeds go towards funding Belmont’s fine arts scholarships.
This is the seventh Cabaret production since the show was created to celebrate Belmont’s 50th anniversary. It is also the last time the show is to be performed at the original Belmont location as the two new West Shore high schools are scheduled to open in fall 2015. We hope you can join us for this tribute to Belmont Secondary School.
