Meat the Sons of Butcher. Brothers Sol and Ricky Butcher and buddy Doug Borski are stars of the hit Teletoon series Sons of Butcher. They’re also a live and recording band that slices and dices all its favourite hard rock influences into a potent cold plate. Last year’s self-titled debut was distributed by Sonic Unyon, and the disc proves the group’s mettle as far as rock credentials go with songs like “F*** the S***”. Appearances in Ontario and at the Halifax Pop Explosion followed. A second album, Meatlantis, along with the single “Action Reaction”, is out this fall.
