Originally launched in 2019, Shade is transforming into a vibrant international multi-day burlesque festival starting in 2025! 

Featuring over 30 vivacious burlesque performers of colour, catch two eccentric evenings filled with powerful performances that blend political stories, innovative art, and celebration that uplifts burlesque's BIPOC Legacy - past, present, and future. Join us on Friday for a showcase of culture and truth, followed by Saturday night's Caber-Shade Competition, where competitors bring their all for the crown!
