Bring your loved one to The Cove Inn on Saturday February 15th, 2025 and celebrate with dinner and live music during our “Valentine’s Table d’Hôte Dinner.” From 6-9pm, we’ll have a fixed special menu and music from our “romantic acoustic duo” The Weekend Specials!

VALENTINE’S DAY SWEETHEART DINNER 2024
APPETIZERS
Oyster Malpeque
4 Malpeque oysters served on the half shell with a classic Mignonette sauce.
Winter Heart Beet Salad
Arugula, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, beets, pomegranate seeds + apple with a maple vinaigrette.
Charcuterie Plate
Meat, cheese, olives + more!
ENTREES
Grilled Striploin Steak
Chimichurri sauce, grilled tomato, bacon wrapped asparagus + buttered mashed potatoes. $75
Chicken Supreme
Wrapped in crispy Pancetta with wild mushroom cream sauce, buttered mashed potatoes + roasted vegetables. $70
Charred Eggplant Ravioli
Butternut Squash Sauce, heirloom tomato + walnut pesto. $65

DESSERTS
Crème Brûlée with chocolate covered strawberry.
Flourless Chocolate Torte with berry compote.
Prices listed beside Entree include your choice of one Appetizer, Main + Dessert and live music by The Weekend Specials.

The Weekend Specials

Lindsay Williams and Tim Jackson are a duo of musicians from Perth, Ontario who both have a long history of lending their refined musical talents to a variety of projects. Having now formed a duo of their own, Tim and Lindsay specialize in covering that song that you love that you had forgotten about. They employ tight harmonies and subtle dynamics to create soulful treatments of anything from jazz to folk to pop.

Lindsay’s singing talent is a product of her background in musical theatre, her classical vocal training and various music projects along the way. Her eclectic background has helped her craft a unique, soulful sound that she brings to any performance she becomes a part of.

With training in jazz guitar and music production, Tim has spent years refining his craft on stages and in studios across Canada. A talented guitarist, bassist and singer, Tim specializes in using exquisite harmonies and textures to bring out the evocative nature of the music he plays.
