Stirrings of Spring: Celebrating Imbolc

Come and join Insatiable Burlesque for our inaugural show, an uplifting and immersive celebration of Imbolc, the festival of lights, as we welcome the arrival of spring. Feel the energy of new beginnings as we honor the return of longer days and warmer weather.

Incorporating elemental ritual and dance, the show celebrates fire and light, allowing us to ignite our spirit and kindle our soul, bask in the warmth of community and pay homage to the sacred forces of nature.

Insatiable Burlesque shows are aligned with the natural rhythm of the earth and her seasons, creating immersive experiences that celebrate the divine spirit of nature through ritual and performance arts.

Doors at 7pm

Show at 8pm

Seating at the venue is a mix of low tables and chairs, chaise lounges, sofas and benches.

VIP tickets include an extra gift.

Notice: There is no cash machine at the venue so please remember to bring cash to tip the performers during the tip number.

Taking place at Artemis Whiskey Bar, there is limited accessibility in this venue, the entrance is down a flight of stairs and the venue is split level. If entrance stairs are an issue, there is walking access via the delivery driveway at the back of Market Square.

During the element ritual performance, there will potentially be use of essential oils, please let us know if you have any allergies or sensitivies to scents by email to [email protected]

We acknowledge that our shows take place on the unceded and unsurrendered lands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking people -speaking people of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. Traditionally "Metulia," now colonially known as Victoria, the nine local Nations have been interconnected with the land and water since time immemorial. We recognize our privilege with being able to produce on these lands as the local Nations and many others across the globe continue to reclaim and fight for their space and sovereignty for their people.
