New Year’s Eve 2023 at the Hotel

Dinner in the Piano Room:
$75 per person, reservations required
Champagne toast included at second course
Bring your own wine if you wish (corkage fee $25.00)
Seatings at 5:30pm and 7:30pm
40 seats available per time slot
Live dinner music performed by Hugh Christopher Brown and Joey Wright

New Years Eve Dinner Menu
First Course
Lobster Bisque – fresh atlantic lobster, lobster oil, squid ink dinner roll
Or
Buratta panzanella – brown butter crouton, fresh arugula, heirloom tomato, champagne and smoked lemon vinaigrette

Second Course
Pan seared diver scallops – carrot and vanilla puree, parmesan crunch, black sesame
Or
Smoked onion Bhaji – wolfe island mint riata, tamarind, herbs

Third Course
Herb crusted Alberta black Angus Reserve Prime rib – white truffle potato puree, duck fat yorkshire pudding, chantrelle mushroom demi, roasted heirloom carrot
Or
Ocean Wise Pacific Halibut – 5 onion pave, roasted broccolini, citrus emulsion

Fourth Course
Burnt almond and orange dark chocolate pate – barolo poached anjou pear, smoked maldon sea salt, bing cherry gastrique, merangue crumble
