Event Description

Music on Union presents santurist Sadaf Amini as part of the “Sounds of Peace” mid-day concert series at St James’ Church.

The series of 40-minute indoor concerts runs every Friday through 30 September. Admission is Pay What You Can ($10 suggested).

About Sadaf Amini


Sadaf Amini has performed at various music festivals and received prizes, including the 2019 YGK emerging musician competition, and the 2020 Kingston Film Festival Local Music Video Showcase Jury Prize. A frequent collaborator with various ensembles, her most recent release was her original Santur solo album “Flow”. Currently, she is expanding her repertoire from traditional Iranian music to a more personal style that expresses her inner feelings to a greater extent.
