Tour the restored rooms in the house and listen to live music while enjoying a traditional Cream Tea in the historic garden under the venerable apple trees. British Columbia joined Canada on July 20 1871. Francis James Roscoe, first resident of Ross Bay Villa organized the celebration and fireworks in Victoria. Help us mark the 147th B.C. Confederation day at Ross Bay Villa, 1490 Fairfield Road on Sunday July 22 from 12-4pm. The event will also feature Victorian outdoor games and heritage displays. Funds raised during this event go to the conservation, restoration and maintenance of the Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum.
