Frequency Saturday is Victoria's weekly intimate underground club night. Featuring international and local DJs/producers.

"African Boogie is a dance party aiming to promote african funk, disco and rare house grooves recorded from the 70's/80's til today. Expect horns, handrums, and to shake those hips"

Featuring;

HRISTO
Hristo is a Bulgarian born DJ/producer based out of Victoria, Canada. He also runs his own Honey Disco 7" and Friendly Monster 12" (vinyl only) record label.

This boogie monster grew up in a bedroom filled with his father's records. He has followed in those footsteps and is always on the hunt for the “sweet groove.” This has led him to discover many interesting and rare records across many genres and develop his love for a broad range of music from around the world.

Hristo’s current track selection is a journey through rare and timeless funky grooves from Africa, Europe and the Americas.
