Over his prolific and eclectic career, the ever-restless British-born, now NYC/Berlin-based singer/songwriter/pianist JOE JACKSON has traversed territory ranging from cabaret and film scores to classical music, pop and jump blues. With a string of 19 studio albums and multiple Grammy nominations, Jackson rocketed to stardom with a string of hit songs and landmark albums including “Is She Really Going Out With Him?” (Look Sharp), “Steppin’ Out” (Night and Day) and “It’s Different for Girls” (I’m the Man). His classical album Symphony No. 1 won the 2001 Grammy for “Best Pop Instrumental Album.”

Jackson’s latest release Fast Forward (2015) was recorded in New York, Amsterdam, Berlin, and New Orleans, and features first-class guest musicians including Bill Frisell, Brian Blades, Earl Harvin, and members of Galactic. His career-spanning festival show will feature Jackson as his own opening act, playing a short solo piano set before bringing out his full band which includes Graham Maby bass, Teddy Kumpel (Rickie Lee Jones, Feist) guitar, and Doug Yowell (Suzanne Vega, Ari Hest) drums.
