The Victoria Rhythm & Blues Festival is a musical event showcasing local Rhythm & Blues bands coming together for two days of solid entertainment to benefit the NEED Crisis & Information Line. The Victoria Rhythm & Blues Festival provides an opportunity to highlight the incredible talent within our community. This year, we will again feature top blues guitarist David Gogo from Vancouver Island headlining the event on Friday night, with Dave Harris opening.
