Event Description
Justin Goldberg, founder of Indie911, will be speaking at an exclusive engagement in Vancouver on February 23 at the Tom Lee Music Hall.
The event, which is hosted by MusicBC, is an rare opportunity for emerging artists in to get acquainted with current and popular trends in music marketing right from the source.
A fifteen year music industry veteran who has held executive positions with Sony Music, Tonos, Riffage and Laundry Room Records, Goldberg has become a well-known advocate for independent artists. Having worked with such varied artists as Martin Sexton, Dee Dee Ramone, Dave Grohl and Willie Nelson, Goldberg developed Indie911 largely via word-of-mouth.
Indie911 has quickly evolved into one of the most popular independent music destinations on the Internet and has agreements with leading artist services companies including Market Wire, Music2Deal, ASCAP, Song & Film.com, Live 365, Songcatalog, CD Forge, The USA Songwriting Competition, The DIY Festival, and A&R Online.
