Presented by: Shauna Janz Music
Vancouver Island singer-songwriter Shauna Janz's unique lyrical landscapes, unconventional approach, and her folk-soprano voice, has awarded her quick recognition. Recently releasing a 5 song album in November 2014, her song Redwood was nominated "Song of the Year" at the 2015 Vancouver Island Music Awards. Shauna's indie-folk sounds have been described as "lyrical, soulful, warm - Joni Mitchell-meets-Sarah McLaughlin" and her performances "stunning and memorable; a unique voice that combines folk with soul"

After 10 months of opening for other great musicians (including Allison Crowe's annual Tidings Concert at the Mary Winspear Center), and supporting local causes and fundraisers with her music, it is high time for a full show.

A night of diverse sounds - with guest appearances Adam Bay (Weissenborn slide), Martin Matychuk (cello-bass), Auto Jansz (lead guitar) and singer-songwriter Arwen Ainsley opening.
