Event Description

Neil Simon's, comic masterpiece STARS: Eric Holmgren, Howie Siegel , Wes Borg, Kirsten Van Ritzen , Morgan Cranny, Karen Brelsford, Jaymes D. Goodman & Ryan Bangma.

Sloppy sportswriter Oscar Madison (Howie Siegel) and uptight neat freak Felix Ungar (Eric Holmgren) decide to move in together, thinking they’ll save on expenses and have a few laughs. It turns out the laughs are on them. The slob and a fussbudget drive each other crazy with hilarious results as The Odd Couple is born!

The original 1965 Broadway production starred Art Carney and Walter Matthau, it won 4 Tony Awards and ran over 1000 performances. It’s success inspired the beloved movie with Matthau and Jack Lemon in 1968. That in turn, inspired the TV version with Jack Klugman and Tony Randall which ran 6 seasons, 1970-75 .
