Event Description

The Phat guys are back, rejuvenated and ready to party! Come prepared to boogie, bring your dancing shoes and favorite partner.
The DEEP END is a 7-piece funk and soul standards group, led by the amazingly soulful vocalist Dawn Pemberton, who's Booty Shakin' Inspiration, Deep Soul Infection, Sweat Pourin' Sweet Groovedown Funkelation will make you want to dance your face off. Whilst slamming out the hits of artists like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Sly and the Family Stone and Tower of Power, the following, dancing your face off scenario has occurred with startling regularity.
The VANDIVAS... are hot chicks, singing hot licks, doing R&B's top picks. Vancouver's divas: Christine Best, Adrienne Lewis and D'arcy Han, are backed by a solid lineup of seasoned musicians, kicking it old school, for the makings of an edgy, raw and authentic R&B/Soul collective.
