The Oak Bay Bistro is a collection of passionate hearts and minds that are purposefully dedicated to the culinary endeavour. The organic synergy between imaginative exploration and seasoned experience creates sights, smells, textures and tastes to inspire the soul. Slow cooked, handmade, locally sourced, farm to plate cuisine prepared with the promise that every dish was inspired by the virtue of the ingredients. The Bistro strives to communicate through every sense the joy of sharing the bounty of British Columbia's finest produce. It is a restaurant that revels in the unveiling of the simplest things; the peppery flare of locally picked Saanich arugula, the creamy tang of Saltspring's artisan goat cheese, the sweet and earthy vibrancy of the Okanagan's candy cane beets.
