Celebrate the end of summer by rockin’ and groovin’ to live R&B, blues and more at the 13th Annual Vancouver Island Blues Bash. All shows will take place on the outdoor stage at Ship Point (off 900 Block of Wharf St.) in Victoria’s Inner Harbour.

The 13th annual Blues Bash also presents three afternoons of free admission performances: Saturday, Sept. 1 and Monday, Sept. 3 12:30-5pm and extended hours on Sunday, Sept. 2 12:30-7:30pm. Vancouver Island Brewery sponsors a beverage garden at Ship’s Point; as well there will be on-site food vendors open during festival hours.

The Vancouver Island Blues Bash is produced by the Victoria Jazz Society. The festival’s main sponsors are The Times Colonist, CFAX 1070 & KOOL 107.3 FM and Vancouver Island Brewery.

Additional financial support comes from the City of Victoria, CRD Arts Development, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General – Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch and Canadian Heritage: Arts Presentation Program.
