Oh what a big surprise! It's Chumper, putting down yet another of my posts.

The problem, Chimper, with this nerd's project is all it does is make sounds like a Korg Poly 800 and it sounds lame. He probably spent weeks on it and I think it's sad. I thought it was a funny, tongue-in-cheek post so shut up.

And maybe if you'd bothered to do more than just watch the video you'd notice that he put quite a bit of work into it, including creating the circuit board. It might sound a little newbieish, but so what? Are you that creative? Can you create/modify your instruments? And I had no idea that I hacked on a lot of your posts.

I don't post on Craigslist, yet I seem to have respect for people who actually put their mind to it and get what they want done, The Perish being the exception. And again, can you do anything like this? Ever modified anything in your illustrious music career?

Pretty funny how you all point out that my posts have tended to be on the less positive side, and just for your info I've been posting here a lot longer than 2yrs. But it's all well and good to hack on someone for being creative. Double standard much?

There's a reason that this board doesn't have the same amount of people posting/traffic like there used to be. And I might have been, and still continue to be, part of the problem. But it hasn't gotten this way with just my input/insults/trolling. Actually, Chumpy I have 3 diplomas, one of them in Computer Electronics and have done my share of circuit board design, soldering, repair, wiring, etc and I have done several little mods of various equipment. I found it to be a lot of work and when I saw this project where the dude spent ages on this thing, I think I would have just left it alone and worked on something else.

Posting here can be called an opinion; I have a right to it. You seem to think that it's your right to jump all over people and pu them down for posting so I'll just leave most of the posting to you and the great data you mine from Wikipedia and Google.

I sincerely apologize for upsetting you, as it seems quite easy to do. I've been posting on here since inception, aroung 2001 or so, and I'm coming to the realization that, at least in this sub-forum, there is a lot of loser activity.

I disagree that my very few negative posts are to blame as much as yours are.
