Event Description

Good Night Out is excited to announce that we are going to be setting up shop to help create safer nights out in Victoria. We recognize that this work is located on on the territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples and that addressing sexual violence involves ongoing work to dismantle colonialism, as the 2 are inextricably tied.
To help us celebrate being more connected to Victoria, we are hosting a pop-up party with our friends at Rifflandia.

Come by, have a drink, catch some tunes and learn more about what this means for safer nights (and days) out in Victoria.

This event is free, but donations are welcome to help support our ongoing work. Either way, we would love for folks to RSVP to help us prepare to welcome you!
What is Good Night Out you ask? GNO is a non-profit with a mandate to help the hospitality, music and nightlife sectors to build their own capacity to prevent and respond to sexual violence. Our work in Victoria is made possible through funding from the City of Victoria and the Canadian Women's Foundation and a partnership with Ending Violence Association.
