Event Description

Did you ever think there would be a film about cheating at competitive bridge? Let alone one based on a worldwide scandal – or that it would be funny and absolutely outrageous? This shouldn’t be such a surprise when multimillion-dollar endorsement deals and huge prize pots are at stake.

Meet Lotan Fisher, tall and attractive and the star of the bridge world, that is until former teammate and now nemesis, Boye Brogeland, accuses him of unethical play. Is it sour grapes or have there been some nefarious underhanded activities taking place?

Director Sivan uses all the tricks to keep the story moving along, including a jazzy soundtrack, bits of animation and quick clips; even fashionista Isaac Mizrahi weighs in along with bridge strategists and scientists who all have thoughts on whether there has been cheating.
