David Vest has been rockin' and shoutin' the blues (and everything else) since 1957. Widely regarded as one of the last of the great Gulf Coast boogie-woogie players, he’s a three-time winner of Canada’s Maple Blues Award for piano player of the year and a blues artist of the year nominee (2016 WCMA). His chart topping CDs have twice won nominations for record of the year, not to mention a four-star rating from Downbeat. His shows often sell out quickly, and no two performances are ever the same.
