"Sandy's songs hold nothing from an audience. Their lyrics display a masterful command of the language combined with honest, simple expression. More impressive than her song writing skills, her voice is an instrument of pure beauty that rivals any contemporary female performer."

2018: "All This Time" (instr'l) - first track off 2017's "The Hustle" becomes the new CBC "The Early Edition" theme song

2017: "The Hustle" - third release with "Lola Parks"

2011: After much travel, volunteering and working abroad and in Montreal, LOLA releases 5-song EP, "Here", with friends/all-stars: Chris Van Sickle, Oliver Swain, Adam Dobres, Roy Vizer, Adrian Dolan and Dave Zellinsky, produced by Hayden Cyr.

2002-2006: The first incarnation of LOLA was a folk-funk fusion, quickly embraced by audiences and various festivals. LOLA PARKS performed for thousands of people to critical acclaim. The band’s debut album showcased Sandy’s incredible voice, lyricism and ability to pick out the perfect harmony for her main vocal line.

2000-01: four-month residency at rafting resort in Nepal; perform at the Nepal River Conservation and Buddha Jayanti Festivals; record on "Borderlands Vol.1," live fundraiser CD. (During this time, Sandy wrote the songs that would later become the self-titled CD of her next project, LOLA PARKS.)

1999-SONNENBLUME wins local rock station’s “Best Band of the Year;” track "Tell It Like It Is," (written by J. Moore and S. Powlik) becomes a radio hit; Sandy's song "When Comes The Change" airs on the prime-time television program "Higher Ground".

1998: Co-founded the folk-rock band SONNENBLUME, a highly successful local act that built a large following, released a self-titled album and was part of the compilation album, ROCKTORIA 11.
