So this is the bio slash goals slash influences section..........
My name is Les. I'm twenty eight years old, been spending my time travelling and playing music. As for music, I've been in a bunch of bands ranging from traditional chinese folk to thrash metal. I love it all. I dont know too many people in Victoria yet, but what I'm hoping for is the ultimate band. Looking for another songwriter to bash heads with. I dont care what you play.
I'm all up for filling in the blanks for other bands too, if you're looking for a guitarist, bassist or a singer or a guy to play the triangle, gimme a call. What I'm REALLY hoping for is a guy who's ready to dedicate some time to something serious. Style? Something with common sense. Ever heard of the Dirty Three? I love dynamics, things that rise up and fall down. It doesnt have to be intricate. I'm NOT into putting a band together for stage presence. I couldn't give a shit. I wanna play music. I'm super duper dedicated and I'm wide open. Am currently in a band that practices once a week for two hours a day. If there are more bands out there like that looking for someone, great. BUT HAIL TO THE SONGWRITER OUT THERE THAT'S READING THIS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS.
