Thu. March 13th 2014 Copper Owl (No Minors)
1000 - 0100
Not a replacement for Dead Meadow but a nice complement to a show that already has wheels of it's own.

Victoria Psych Duo currently making waves across the country!

New to Victoria from Calgary, this psych/pop band is headed by Garrett McClure (The Summerlad) and Annalea Sordi (Woodpigeon). Check out Chimes at Midnight recorded by Jace Lasek of The Besnard Lakes.

tickets are now $8 at the door.

Hold onto those Dead Meadow tickets until we find out when they are coming back. They will still be honoured. If you like you can return your tickets to Ditch for a full refund. They will be coming, we're still waiting on those dates.

POSTPONED!! Some truly bad news regarding the Dead Meadow show here in Victoria. It has been postponed. Here is a statement from their tour manager.

"Touring through the Polar Vortex has played havoc on the band, their bodies and the van. The fluctuating pressures has caused no shortage of tinnitus and congestion issues that, as musicians, impacts the performance. As such, the band has decided to head home following their Salt Lake City show."

So, you have two choices with regards to the tickets that you purchased. You can return them for full refund at the place of purchase or, hold on to them while we wait to find out what the new dates might be as they are still coming. At this time I don't know when that will be but their manager will be getting back to me ASAP. I as well as the Copper Owl team are super disappointed about this news, stay tuned!
