Hailing from Victoria, Kathryn Whitney studied singing in Toronto and New York and has recently completed her formal music training at Oxford University and at the Guildhall School of Music in London. She was elected Creative Arts Fellow (artist in residence) at Wolfson College, Oxford in 2002.

The programme includes songs in French by Fauré and Debussy, the Italian cantata Arianna a Naxos by Haydn (said to have been Haydn's favourite composition) and songs by composers from Britain and America.

Tickets: $22.50 General / $20.50 Students and Seniors.

Kathryn Whitney

Anita Comba

A native of Calgary, Anita studied music at the University of Victoria as well as Camosun College earning a Bachelor of Music Degree and an Associate Diploma. Anita has appeared as featured soloist with the Victoria Symphony and the Victoria Civic Orchestras. She has accompanied numerous recitals,competitions and master-classes.
