"The Grin" is a modern rock'n'roll band with a classic twist. This is punchy, in-your-face guitar based rock!

THE GRIN: Ian and brother Craig have been "Man Cave Rockers" in the basement for years. Ian wrote the music, Craig brought the riffs. Together Ian and Craig began writing music that was heavily influenced
by bands like The Allman Brothers, Aerosmith, Dire Straits, and The Tragically Hip. After some time Ian and Craig decided that a bassist and drummer were needed. Darrell, the bassist, was eventually added to the band. He brought some funk and growl to the music, adding to the Grin’s sound. Through a series of contacts Dave, the drummer, was found. Dave immediately added his energy and punch to the music and to the band, helping to evolve the overall sound and feel. All these musical talents brought together what is now known as "the Grin".
