Zhambai Trio

since circa 2010

The Zhambai Trio is like none other in Canada.....performing orginal and traditonal Zimbabwean music on the ancient and powerful mbira dza vadzimu (thumb piano). Kurai Mubaiwa (mbira, vocals), Curtis Andrews (mbira, vocals) and Navaro Franco (hosho) combine to make music that soothes and moves.
